INGREDIENTS:

1 ounce Yogurt
2 Potatoes bOiled
2 Finely chopped green chilies
1/2 bunch Finely chopped Mint leaves
1 tsp Crushed red chilies
1 tsp Sugar
as required Salt
For the bhagar
4 Curry leaves
1 tsp Cumin
3 tbsp Oil


How to make Aloo Ka Raita



METHOD:

In a mixing bowl combine together the yogurt, boiled potatoes, chopped green chilies, chopped mint leaves, crushed red chilies, crushed black pepper, sugar and salt. Heat oil in a pan and fry the curry leaves and cumin until they begin to sizzle.
Pour over the yogurt and serve.
