Chicken With Bone 500 grams
Olives 1 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Tomatoes SlIce 2
Onion SlIce 1
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
All SpIce Powder 1 tsp
Fresh Coriander ½ bunch
Olive Oil 1-2 tbsp
Salt to taste

How to make Zaitoon Chicken


First take chicken add 1tbsp of ginger garlic paste
Add 1 tbsp of red chili powder 1 tsp of coriander powder, 1tsp of turmeric powder
Add ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, 1 tsp of all spice powder
Add a pinch of salt and mix it well.
Marinate the chicken heat the oil in a fry pan and fry the chicken add as required water cook till the chicken is tender .
Then add 2 tomatoes slice , 1 onion slice, 1 cup of olives, and mix it well
Cook when the gravy is dry so dish out on the serving dish
Garnish with ½ bunch of chopped coriander and serve it.
