Walnut toffee

Cream: 2 packets (any brand)
Condensed Milk: 1 tin
Walnuts: 2 cups (coarsely chopped)
Marie Biscuits: 3 cups (broken)
PineApple Tit Bits: 1 tin
For Decoration:
Walnut: 1/2 cup (coarsely chopped)
PineApple Tit Bits: (few for decorating)
How to make Walnut toffee
METHOD:
1. Boil sealed tin of condensed milk in water for 5 to 6 hours (MAKE SURE WATER DOESN'T REDUCE OR EVAPORATE. TIN SHOULD BE FULLY SOAKED IN WATER, OTHERWISE IT WILL BURST).
2. Once condensed milk is boiled/cooked fully, take out of the water and cool it down completely.
3. Beat cream for nearly 7 to 8 minutes. Add condensed milk (which has now become toffee... yummy!!!)
4. Take a bowl (preferably glass/crystal, so the beautiful creamy layers can be seen).
5. Spread a layer of broken Marie biscuits.
6. Layer pineapple tit bits.
7. Pour condensed milk/cream layer.
8. Sprinkle chopped walnuts (handsome amount).
9. Repeat the layers and lastly garnish/decorate with chopped walnuts and pineapple pieces.
10. Chill for at least 2 to 3 hours before serving.
11. Delicious walnut toffee is ready. Serve and enjoy.

Looks very delicious I shall enjoy to make this walnut toffee, how does it look like, please also share it's picture. I have read the recipe, and according to which it seems a great one sweet dessert. I am curious to taste it.
Is walnut toffee suitable to have in the month of March ? Because my mom says that some desserts recipes should be eaten in certain season seeing the whether. You must be food experts and you can better tell me.
