پسی لال مرچ .........1کھانے کا چمچہ
ادرک کا پیسٹ ............2کھانے کے چمچے
تیل ڈیپ فرائنگ کے لیے
چاٹ مصالحہ .............1چائے کا چمچہ
کٹالیموں.......... 6-8ٹکڑے

ترکیب:

1/2کلو بون لیس مچھلی پر 1/2کپ سرکہ یامالٹ لگاکر 20منٹ میری نیٹ ہونے دیں ۔ پھر مچھلی نکال کر خشک کرلیں ۔ ایک پیالے میں 1کپ بیسن ، 1/2کپ دہی ، 1عدد انڈا، 1چائے کا چمچہ اجوائن ، حسب ذائقہ نمک ، 1کھانے کا چمچہ لیموں کا رس ، 1کھانے کا چمچہ پسی لال مرچ ، 2کھانے کے چمچے ادرک کاپیسٹ اور 2کھانے کے چمچے لہسن ڈال کر بیٹر بنالیں۔ فش کیوبز کو 20منٹ کے لیے تیار بیٹرمیں میری نیٹ کریں ۔ ایک کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کرکے مچھلی گولڈن براﺅن ڈیپ فرائی کریں اور کچن پیپر پر نکال لیں ۔ مچھلی پر 1چائے کا چمچہ چاٹ مصالحہ اور لیموں چھڑ ک کر گرم سرو کریں
