چنوں میں کھانے کا سوڈا شامل کرکے اُبال لیں۔
آلو اُبال کر کاٹ لیں ساتھ ہی ٹماٹر اور پیا زبھی کاٹ لیں ۔
چنوں میں املی کا پانی دو کھانے کے چمچ، آلو بخارا چٹنی دوکھانے کے چمچ، ہری چٹنی دو کھانے کے چمچ، چاٹ مصالحہ ایک چائے کا چمچ ، دھی تین کھانے کے چمچ ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں ۔
اب ڈش میں چنے ،آلو ، پیاز ، ٹماٹر اور تمام چٹنیاں ، مصالحہ جات ، دہی ڈالیں پھر باقی کے چنے ڈالیں اور پھر پیاز ، آلو ، ٹماٹر اور تمام چٹنی مصالحہ ڈال کر پیش کریں ۔
