اجزاء:
آلو----------- 2/1کلو
انڈے----------- (ابلے ہوئے) 2عدد
ٹماٹر------------ 2عدد
تازہ دودھ----------------- ایک پیالی
کُٹی ہوئی کالی مرچ--------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
چیڈر پنیر------------ (کدوکش) 2/1 پیالی
اجمودہ-------------- (چوپ کیا ہوا) 2کھانے کے چمچے
کُٹی ہوئی لال مرچ------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
تازہ کریم-------------- 2/1پیالی
پانی------------ ایک پیالی
نمک------------ 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
مکھن------------- 50گرام

ترکیب:

انڈوں اور ٹماٹروں کے قتلے کاٹ لیں۔آلوﺅں کو چھیل کر چھوٹے چوکور ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں۔ دیگچی میں آلو، دودھ، کالی مرچ، پانی اور نمک ڈال کر آلو گلنے اور پانی خشک ہونے تک پکائیں، پھر پائر یکس کی ڈش میں نکال لیںاس پر مکھن ، کریم ، انڈے ، ٹماٹر اور پنیر سجائیں اور لال مرچ چھڑک کر پہلے سے گرم اوون میں 180ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ پر 15منٹ پکا کر نکا ل لیں۔ مزیدار کھٹے آلو اجمودہ چھڑک کر پیش کریں۔
