Banane ki tarkeeb

Dahi phaint lain , is mian payaz k bareek katy lachy nemak mirch aur garam masala sabit shamil krain.
Achi tarah milany k baad ghee aur gosth bhi mila dainaur 2 ghanty k liay rakh dain. Phr ye tamam mawad degchi main dalain aur choolhy per charha dain aur halki anch per pakny dain, pani dalny ki zarorat nhe ye khud hi gal jay ga jab dahi ka pani khushk ho jay to itni bhoon lain k ghee chor day stew ready hai.

اجزاء:
گوشت آدھ سیر
گھی پاؤ بھر
دہی ایک پاؤ
پیاز آدھ سیر
ثابت سرخ مرچ پندرہ دانے
نمک مرضی کے مطابق
ثابت گرم مصالحہ چوتھائی چھٹانک

ترکیب:

دہی پھینٹ لیں۔ اس میں پیاز کے باریک لچھے، نمک مرچ اور گرم مصالحہ ثابت شامل کر یں۔ اچھی طرح ملانے کے بعد گھی اور گوشت بھی ملا دیں۔ اور دو گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ پھر یہ تمام مواد دیگچی میں ڈالیں اور چولہے پر چڑھا دیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے دیں، پانی ڈالنے کی ضرورت نہیں یہ خود ہی گل جائیگا جب دہی کا پانی خشک ہو جائے تو اتنا بھون لیں کہ گھی چھوڑ دے سٹو تیار ہے۔
