These balls or gol gappay are filled with chickpeas, chutney, chopped onions and then eaten. Hard dough is made with flour and rolled flat then cut in small rounds which are deep fried. Gol gappay recipe is served with its special chutney, boiled chickpeas, boiled potatoes and enjoyed.

اجزاء:
میدہ۔۔۔۔۔1کپ
تیل۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1 کھانے کا چمچ
تیل۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ فار فرائنگ
فلنگ کے لیے
آلو۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1کپ ( بوائلڈ)
کابلی چنے۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1کپ ( بوائلڈ) ( سفید والے)
املی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 50 گرام
چینی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1کپ
لیموں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2 عدد
سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھا چائے چمچ
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھا چائے چمچ
پودینہ پیسٹ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔2 کھانے کے چمچ
زیرہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1 چائے چمچ ( توے پر بھون لیں)


Gol Gappay banane ka tarika



ترکیب:
میدے میں تیل ملا کر پانی کے ساتھ سخت سے گوندھ لیں۔ اور پھر اسکی پتلی سے روٹی بیل لیں۔ اس کو کٹر سے گول گول کاٹ لیں۔۔خیال رہے کہ آپ ٹکڑے ساتھ ساتھ گیلے ٹھنڈے کپڑے سے ڈانپتے جائیں۔۔۔پھر آئل گرم کر کے فرائی کر لیں۔۔۔اگر کوئی گول گپہ نہ پھولے تو اسے پاپڑی کی طرح استعمال کرلیں۔
املی کو 3-2 گھنٹے کے لئے پانی میں بھگو دیں۔۔اس کے بعد گودا نکال کر اس میں باقی چیزیں مکس کر لیں۔۔۔اور ہلکا سا جوش دے لیں۔پھر تھنڈا کرکے5-4 گلاس پانی ڈال کر کھٹاس بنا لیں۔
گول گپےکو پیش کرنے سے پہلے اس کو سائیڈ سےتھوڑا سا توڑ کے اس میں آلو اور چنے بھر لیں اور اس کھٹاس کے ساتھ پیش کریں۔

Maida 1 cup
Oil 1 khanay ka chamch
Oil frying k liye
Fling k liye
Aalo 1 cup (bOiled)
Kabuli chanay 1 cup (bOiled safiad walay)
Imli 50 gram
Cheeni 1 cup
Lemon 2 adad
Surkh mirch powder
Namak ½ chaye ka chamach
Podeena paste 2 khanay k chamach
Zeera 1 chaye ka chamach (taway per bhoon lain)

Banane ki tarkeeb


Maiday main tail mila kar paani k sath sakht gondh lain aur phr iski patli c roti bail lain. Isko cutter sy gol gol kaat lain. Khayal rahay k ap tukray sath sath geelay thanday kapray sy dhanptay jaain. Phr oil garm kar k fry kar lain. Agar koi gol gappa na pholay to isy papri ki tarha istemal kar lain.

I tried to make the gol gappay according to your instructions but I found that gol gappay are not getting crispy. I am using ground oil to fry at low temperature. Please guide me to correct this.
