شملہ مرچ------------- (باریک کٹی ہوئی) ایک عدد
گاجر-------------- (چھوٹی کٹی ہوئی) ایک عدد
ہری مرچیں---------------- 4عدد
ادرک-------------- (چوک کیا ہوا) ایک درمیانہ ٹکڑا
لہسن-------------- (چوپ کیا ہوا) 4جوے
انڈہ----------------- ایک عدد
ٹماٹو کیچپ--------------- 4کھانے کے چمچے
میدہ--------------- 4کھانے کے چمچے
کارن فلور----------------------- (پانی میں گھلا ہوا) 2کھانے ک ے چمچے
ووسسٹر سائر ساس---------------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
اویسٹر ساس------------------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
سوکھی گول لال مرچیں---------------------------- 7عدد
پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ--------------------- 4/1چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

مچھلی کے چھوٹے چوکور ٹکڑے کاٹیں، ان پر کالی مرچ،انڈہ، میدہ اور نمک لگا کر 2/1گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں اور مچھلی کے ٹکڑے سنہری تل کر نکال لیں۔ دیگچی میں تیل گرم کرکے ادرک اور لہسن سنہری ہونے تک بھونیں اس میں تمام سبزیاں ڈال کر 2منٹ تک پکائیں، پھر کارن فلور ڈال کر ساس کو گاڑھا کریں اور مچھلی ملا کر ڈش میں نکال لیں۔
