لہسن کا پیسٹ : ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
ادرک کا پیسٹ : ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
آمچور پاﺅڈر : دو کھانے کے چمچے
زیرہ پاﺅڈر : ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
دھنیا پاﺅڈر : ایک چائے کا چمچہ
لال مرچ پاﺅڈر : ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
ہلدی پاﺅڈر : تہائی چائے کاچمچہ
نمک : ایک چائے کا چمچہ
دہی : ایک کپ
کالی مرچ پاﺅڈر : تہائی چائے کاچمچہ
لیموں کا عرق : چار کھانے کے چمچے
کوکنگ آئل : پانچ کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

مرغی کو چھری سے کٹ لگائیں ۔ باقی اجزاءکو برتن میں اچھی طرح مکس کریں پھر اس پیسٹ کو مرغی کے اندر باہر اچھی طرح لگاکر دو تین گھنٹے تک مرغی کو فریج میں رکھ دیں ۔ اب مرغی کو نکال کر ایک پتیلے میں چار کپ پانی ڈالیں پھر اس میں ایک پلیٹ اُلٹی رکھ کر یا اسٹیل کا چھنا رکھ کر مرغی کو اس کے اوپر رکھ دیں اور چولہے پر رکھ کر تیز آنچ کردیں ۔ پانی کو اُبال آنے پر آنچ ہلکی کرکے ڈھکن رکھ کر ڈھکن کوگوندھے ہوئے آٹے سے سِیل کر یں اور 30سے 35منٹ تک پکائیں ۔ پھر آٹے کی سیل کھولیں اور چکن نکال کر گرما گرم پیش کریں۔
