To make Chicken potato balls recipe, simply add boiled potatoes in a bowl; use a potato masher to mash them. After they are softly mashed, add salt to taste, 1 teaspoon chili pepper; mash and set aside to cool. Heat the frying utensil with vegetable or any other preferred oil; add finely chopped garlic, onions and bell pepper. Cook until the onions are translucent. Then add the chopped chicken, pepper, salt, cumin and chili powder to taste. Cook until the chicken is done and set aside to cool. After both the pastes cool down, grab a handful of mashed potatoes, form a patty, add cheese (cheese tastes and looks amazing, especially if it’s cooked for children) and fried chicken paste. Form a ball and repeat the process until all the pastes are turned into balls. Pre-heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Meanwhile dip the potato balls into egg, breadcrumbs and put into the heated oil. Fry them until they are golden brown. Finally serve them with ketchup or salsa!

Its all very confusing recipe. In the picture chicken is used as a filler; which in preparation the recipe writer haven't what to do with the chicken.
