چکن پوپ کارن

اجزاء:
چکن بریسٹ بون لیس ۔۔ دو عدد
ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پسی لال مرچ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کٹی کالی مرچ ۔۔ 4/1 چائے کا چمچہ
چاٹ مصالحہ ۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
لیموں کا رس ۔۔ آدھے لیموں کا
انڈا ۔۔ ایک عدد
میدہ ۔۔ چھ کھانے کے چمچے
کارن فلکس ۔۔ دو کپ
بریڈ کرمبز ۔۔ آدھا کپ
تیل ۔۔ ڈیپ فرائی کے لئے

ترکیب:

دو عدد بون لیس چکن بریسٹ کو کیوبز میں کاٹ لیں۔ پھر ایک پیالے میں چکن کے ٹکڑے، ایک کھانے کا چمچا ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ، ایک چائے کا چمچہ پسی لال مرچ، آدھا چائے کا چمچہ کٹی کالی مرچ، ایک چائے کا چمچہ چاٹ مصالحہ، آدھے لیًوں کا رس، ایک عدد انڈا اور تین کھانے چمچے میدہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔ پھر اسے دس سئ پندرہ منٹ کے لئے چھوڑ دیں۔ اب گرینڈر میں دو عدد کارن فلکس، آدھا کپ بریڈ کرمبز اور پقیہ تین کھانے کے چمچے میدہ ڈال کر پیس لیں۔ اب اس آمیزے کو پلیٹ میں پیھلا دیں، چکن کے ٹکڑوں کو ایک ایک کر کے کارن فلکس کے آمیزے سے کوٹ کریں۔ آخر میں حسب ضرورت تیل گرم کر کے چکن ڈیپ فرائی کرلیں، یہاں تک گولڈن براؤن اور کرسپی ہوجائیں۔
