چکن-------------- آدھا کلوبون لیس، کیوبز
پیاز------------- ایک عدد باریک کَٹی ہوئی
کھیرا----------------- ایک عدد کَٹا ہوا
کالی مرچ پاؤڈر----------------- ایک چائے کا چمچ
گرم مصالحہ پاؤڈر--------------- آدھا چائے کا چمچ
سفید زیرہ---------------- ایک چائے کا چمچ
اجینو موتو------------------ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
سویا ساس-------------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
ادرک لہسن پیسٹ------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
سرکہ-------------- دو کھانے کے چمچ
مکھن--------------- حسبِ ضرورت
لیموں------------ ایک عدد رس نکال لیں
پراٹھے--------------- چار عدد
نمک------------------ حسبِ ذائقہ

Chicken Paratha Roll banane ka tarika

چکن کو نمک، ایک کھانے کا چمچ سرکہ، لیموں کا رس اور سویا ساس لگا کر رات بھر ریفریجریٹر میں رکھ دیں۔
پین میں مکھن گرم کرکے ادرک لہسن پیسٹ کو ہلکا فرائی کریں۔
اس میں چکن، اجینو موتو، کالی مرچ، گرم مصالحہ اور سفید زیرہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھونیں۔
پیاز اور کھیرا بقیہ سرکے میں ڈال کر الگ رکھ دیں۔
پراٹھوں کو توے پر تَل لیں۔
اب پراٹھے میں چکن، سرکے والا پیاز اور کھیرا رکھ کر رول کرلیں۔
گرم گرم پراٹھا رول کیچپ کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔

Chicken Paratha Roll vidhi

Chicken ½ kg boneless
Piyaz 1 adad bareek kati hoi
Kheera 1 adad kata hoa
Kaali mirch powder 1 chaye ka chamach
Garm masala powder adha chaye ka chamach
Safaid zeerah 1 chaye ka chamach
Ajinomoto ½ chaye ka chamach
Adrak lehsan paste 1 khanay ka chamach
Sirka 2 khanay k chamach
Makhan hasb e zaroorat
Lemon 1 adad ras nikal lain
Parathay 4 adad
Namak hasb e zaiqa

Banane ki tarkeeb

Chicken ko namak, 1 khanay ka chamach sirka, lemon ka ras aur soya sauce, laga kar raat bhar fridge main rakh dain.
Pan main makhan garm kar k adrak lehsan paste ko halka fry karaain.
Is main chicken, ajinomoto, kaali mirch, garm masala aur safiad zeerah daal kar achi tarha bhonain.
Pyaz aur kheera baqiya sirkay main daal kar alag rakh dain.
Paratho ko taway per tal lain.
Ab prathy main chicken, sirkay wala piyaz aur kheera rakh kar roll kar lain.
Garm gram paratha roll ketchup k sath serve karian.

Hi, I don't like tomato and cucumber slices in paratha rolls. These vegetables totally dominate the taste and subdue the real taste of chicken or beef boti whatever you use in the rolls. However other ingredients look well and fine.

Hi, it looks very delicious and my favorite paratha roll and i love different kinds of rolls because of the it's crispy taste. If you eat a bihari boti roll, it is also an amazing choice. I like it and my kids also like these rolls.

Roll parathay are very tasty and spicy snacks to enjoy in the dinner. We keep enjoying it with friends, often visit nearby restaurants and enjoy it with friends. with a spicy chutney and cold drinks. Would love to enjoy it at home as well.

I often eat chicken rolls when I have to eat mild food in the dinner. I avoid eating proper roti salan because it makes the stomach heavy. So I asked my wife to make it at home, buying it from outside costs me too much. So I am searching and found the recipe here.

Chicken paratha roll is one of the most common fast foods of Pakistani. Karachi’s most popular street food is none other than these hot and spicy paratha rolls. The parathas are made with all purpose flour and fried crispy. Bone less chicken is marinated with different flavors like tikka , kabab or less spicy which ever is preferred by eaters . The marinated chicken is then either fried or barbeque. Roll sauce is prepared by mixing chutney and yogurt.
