Chicken Nuggets
Chicken nuggets- This recipe has been in our family for years. The only problem with it is that there's never enough. It's great for parties, too. Chicken nuggets are usually liked by children and it is mostly served at tea time or as a lunch for children. Chicken is first marinated and then coated in your favourite coating which is usually flour and bread crumbs. Chicken are then deep fried in oil till they become golden brown. These heavenly tasty nuggets are served with ketchup or sometimes with garlic sauce and any other mayo sauces. You can add your favourite seasonings to the chicken nuggets. We devour these golden brown chicken nuggets at least once a week

Homemade Fried Chicken Nuggets Recipe (in English):
Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken: 1 kg
- Salt: as per taste
- Ground Garlic: 1 tbsp
- Ground White Pepper: 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar: 2 to 3 tbsp
- Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp
Ingredients for Mixture:
- All Purpose Flour: 1 cup
- Corn Flour: 1/2 cup
- Salt: as per taste
- Ground White Pepper: 1/2 tsp
- Egg Whites: 2 pcs
- Cooking Oil: for frying
Method:
- Apply salt, garlic, white pepper, vinegar and soy sauce on chicken and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Now in order to make the mixture, combine beaten egg whites, all-purpose flour (maida), corn flour, salt and white pepper
together.
- Add little water enough to make it a thick mixture.
- Now soak chicken pieces in the mixture and store in refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Heat cooking oil in a wok for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Now fry all nuggets until they are golden.
- Remove on a tissue paper or brown absorbent paper.
- Chicken nuggets are ready to serve. Enjoy with tomato ketchup and other sauces.
Note:
Marinated chicken can be stored in freezer for 2 to 3 days in an air-tight container.
