گرم مصالحہ----------- ایک ٹی سپون
دہی---------- 3-4ٹی سپون
لیمن جوس------------ 2ٹی سپون
تلی ہوئی پیاز----------- 4-3ٹی سپون
جائفل جاوتری--------- 2/1ٹی سپون
تیل------------- 4ٹیبل سپون

ترکیب:

ایک باﺅل میں چکن ڈال کر اس میں تمام اجزا ءکچا پپیتا ، نمک، لال مرچ، گرم مصالحہ دہی، لیمن جوس، لی ہوئی پیاز جائفل جاوتری اور تیل ملا کر دو سے تیل گھنٹے کے لئے رکھ دیں۔پر ایک کڑاہی میں ڈال کر چولہے پر چڑھا دیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے دیں۔
چکن اچھی طرح گل جائے تو خوب بھون لیں۔ چاہیں تو کوئلے کا دھواں لگائیں۔
