Besan k laddu is a sweet dessert recipe prepared with gram flour and sugar. The gram flour is first heated directly in a wok till fragrant. After that, it is cooked with clarified butter until the colour changes. You can add green cardamom to it to make it aromatic and fragrant. When this mixture is cooled down to room temperature, Mix the powdered sugar and crushed dry fruits to the laddu mixture and make small balls out of it. گھی آدھ پاؤ
بادام، پستہ-------------- ایک چھٹانک
چینی ------ایک چھٹانک
نوٹ: چینی کی جگہ مصری یا شکر بھی استعمال کر سکتے ہیں۔

ترکیب:
کڑاہی میں گھی کڑ کڑائیں اور اس میں بیسن ڈال دیں۔ بیسن کو خوب اچھی طرح بھونیں۔ جب بیسن کا رنگ بادامی ہو جائے اور خوشبو آنے لگے تو نیچے اتار کر رکھ دیں۔ ٹھنڈا ہو جائے تو چینی پیس کر اس میں ملا لیں۔ بادام، پستہ اور الائچی کو باریک پیس کر بیسن میں ملا لیں۔ دودھ کا چھینٹا دے کر لڈو بنا لیں۔ نہایت لذیذ اور عمدہ لڈو تیار ہوں گے۔ چائے کے ساتھ یہ لڈو بہت ذائقہ دیتے ہیں۔ ڈش میں ر کھ کر اوپر چاندی کے ورق لگا کر پیش کر یں۔

Sabz ilaaichi 4 adad

Badam Pista 1 chhataak
Cheeni 1 chhataak
Note: Cheeni ki jagha misri ya shaker bhi istemaal kar sakty hain.

Karhaai main ghee kar karaain aur is main baysan daal dain. Baysan ko khoob achi tarha bhonaain. Jab baysan ka rand badami hoajye aur khushboo aanay lagay to nechay utar kar rakh dain. Thanda hojaye to cheeni piece kar is main mila dain. Badam pista aur ilaaichi ko bareek piece kar baysan main mila lain. Doodh ka chheenta day kar laddo bana lain. Nayhayat lazed aur umda laddo taiyaar hongay. Chaye k sath ye laddo bauhat zaiqa dety hain Dish main rakh ka roper chandi k warq laga kar paish karian.

On the lovely occasion of Eid, it is a natural feeling that we desire to eat sweets and mithai. So I think besan ladoo would be a great choice. Along this I will also try gulab jamun and cham cham.
