کڑاہی میں گھی ڈآل کر پگلائیں اور اس میں الائچی پاؤڈر ڈاک کر کڑ کڑا لیں اور جب خوشبو آنے لگے تو بیسن ڈال کر بھونیں اور آنچ ہلکی رکھنی ہے اور جب خوشبو آنے لگے تو چولھے سے اتار لیں اور تھوڑا ٹھنڈا ہونے دیں ۔اب اس میں چینی ڈال کر مکس کریں اور لڈو بنا لیں اور بادام پستہ لگا کر پیش کریں۔
