اجزاء:
بٹیر------------ 4-5عدد
ادرک لہسن کاپیسٹ------------- ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پیاز------------- (سلائس) ایک عدد
لال مرچوں کاپیسٹ--------------- 2-3کھانے کے چمچے
دہی-------------- 2/1کپ
ثابت گرم مصالحہ--------------- 2/1کپ
پسا گرم مصالحہ------------- ایک چائے کا چمچہ
تیل---------- 2-3کھانے کے چمچے
نمک-------------- حسبِ ذائقہ

ترکیب:

4-5 عدد بٹیروں کو صاف کرکے دہی لگا دیں۔ اب پین میں 2-3کھانے کے چمچے تیل گرم کرکے ثابت گرم مصالحہ کڑ کڑائیں۔پھر اس میںایک عدد پیاز کو ہلکا فرائی کرکے ایک کھانے کا چمچہ ادرک لہسن کا پیسٹ شامل کرکے فرائی کرلیں۔ اب اس میں بٹیر شامل کرکے بھونیں۔ ساتھ ہی حسبِ ذائقہ نمک، 2-3کھانے کے چمچے ہلدی کا پیسٹ اور ایک کھانے کا چمچہ لال مرچ کا پیسٹ شامل کرکے بھونیں۔ پھر اس میں پانی شامل کرکے اتنا پکائیں کہ یخنی تیار ہوجائے آخر میں ایک چائے کا چمچہ پسا گرم مصالحہ چھڑک کر ڈش آﺅٹ کرلیں اور سرو کریں۔
