بیسن ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک کھانے کا چمچ
خشک دودھ ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک کھانے کا چمچ
دھی ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک کھانے کا چمچ
شہد ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ کھانے کا چمچ
لیموں کار س۔۔۔۔۔۔۔آدھ لیموں
بنانے کا طریقہ :
تمام اجزاء کو بہت اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں ۔
لگانے کا طریقہ :
اس پیسٹ کو اپنے چہر ے ، ہاتھوں وغیرہ پر اپلائی کریں ۔
تیس منٹ کے لئے چھوڑ دیں ۔
دوسرا مرحلہ :
ایک پیالے میں گرم پانی لیں (جو آپ برداشت کرسکیں )
تھوڑا سا شیمپو شامل کریں
ایک چمچ Hydrogen Peroxioeشامل کریں
اچھی طرح مکس کریں
استعمال کا طریقہ :
اپنے ہاتھوں اور چہرے کو پیسٹ ہٹائے بغیر اس پانی میں ڈپ کر کے رکھیں ۔
اس کے بعد یہ پیسٹ صاف کرلیں ۔
آپ دیکھ کر حیران رہ جائیں گے رنگت کتنی گوری ہوگئی ہے ۔
نوٹ :
چہرے کو تو مستقل پانی میں ڈپ نہیں کرسکتے لہذا تھوڑے وقفے کے ساتھ ڈپ کریں یا پھر نیم گرم پانی سے چہرہ دھولیں ۔
