Ingredients
Mixed colored spiral pasta

Yogurt Herbs sauce
Butter 15g
Onion 1
Garlic 1clove
Flour 2
Vegetable stock ½ cup
Natural yogurt 1 cup
Finally chopped 2 tbsp
Parsley
Fresh basil 2 tbsp
Snipped fresh chives 2 tbsp
Black pepper

How to make Yogurt Herbs Sauce

METHOD:

• Cook pasta in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet direction drain, set aside and keep warm
• To make sauce, melt butter in a saucepan and cook onion and garlic over a medium heat for 3 minutes. Stir in flour and stock and cook, stirring constantly, for 4-5 minutes longer or until sauce boil
• Remove pan from heat stir in yogurt and cook over a low heat 2-3 minutes longer. Mix in parsley, basil and chives and season to taste with black pepper.
• Spoon sauce over pasta and serve
