Ilaaichi 2 tola
Piyaz 1 pao
Namak Hasb e Zaiqa
Chawal 1 kg

Dahi 1 pao

Banane ki tarkeeb


Gosh, ghee, piyaz, adrak aur namak ki yakhni taiyaar kijiyeh aur gosh ki botiyan nikal kar yakhni ko chhanni main chhan lain. Phir is main botiyaan daal kar isay ghee sy long ka baghaar dijye. Ab gosht ki botiyon ko ek baar phir shorbay main sy nikal lijye aur inahin thoray ghee main daal kar pateeli ko chholay per charhaaiye aur is main dahi aur 2 chamcha shorba daaliye. Is marhalay per sabit masala bhi daal dijyeh aur shorba khuksh kijye. Ab chawal ubaaliye phir inhain shorbay main glaaiye aur botiyon per inki teh jama dijye. Adhay ghantay tak degchay ko dam per rakhiye. Phir baaqi ghee oper daal kar utaar lijyeh.

اجزاء:
گوشت-------- ایک کلو
گھی ----------آدھا کلو
الائچی---------- دو تولہ
پیاز------------ ایک پاؤ
نمک ---------حسب ذائقہ
چاول -------------ایک کلو
لونگ------------ دو تولہ
دہی---------------- ایک پاؤ
ادرک --------------تین تولہ
گوشت، گھی، پیاز، ادرک اور نمک کی یخنی تیار کیجئے اور گوشت کی بوٹیاں نکال کر یخنی کو چھنی میں چھان لیجئے۔ پھر ان میں بوٹیاں ڈال کر اسے گھی سے لونگ کا بگھار دیجئے۔ اب گوشت کی بوٹیوں کو ایک بار پھر شوربے میں سے نکال لیجئے۔ اور انہیں تھوڑے گھی میں ڈال کر پتیلی کو چولہے پر چڑھا ئیے اور اس میں دہی اور دو چمچہ شوربہ ڈالیے۔ اس مرحلے پر ثابت مصالحہ بھی ڈال دیجئے اور شوربہ خشک کیجئے۔ اب چاول ابالئیے۔ پھر انہیں شوربے میں گلائیے اور بوٹیوں پر ان کی تہہ جما دیجئے۔ آدھے گھنٹہ تک دیگچہ کو دم پر رکھئے۔ پھر باقی گھی اوپر ڈال کر اتار لیجئے۔
