ٹماٹر کاکٹ

اجزاء:
ٹماٹر(باریک کٹے ہوئے) دس عدد
انڈے ۔۔ چار عدد
پیاز ( باریک کٹی ہوئی) ۔۔ ایک عدد
پسا ہوا لہسن ادرک ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پسی ہوئی ہلدی ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچہ
ہری مرچیں( باریک کٹی ہوئی) چھ عدد
ہرا دھنیا(باریک کٹی ہوئی) آدھا گڈی سجانے کے لئے
نمک ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
تیل ۔۔ تین کھانے کے چمچے

ترکیب:

دیگچی میں تیل گرم کرکے پیاز سنہری کریں۔ اس میں انڈے اور ہری مرچوں کے علاوہ باقی تمام اجزاء شامل کردیں۔ ٹماٹر گل جائے تو مصالحہ بھون کر ہری مرچیں شامل کردیں۔ اس میں ابلے ہوئے انڈے ڈالیں اور ڈھکن ڈھانک کرکچھ دیر دم پر رکھ دیں۔ پھر اسے ڈش میں نکال لیں اور ہرے دھنئے سے سجا کر پیش کریں۔
