For Dough Preparation:
Self Raising Flour (Maida)....... 300 grams
Yeast....................................... 1 teaspoon
Oil............................................ 1 tablespoon
Salt.......................................... quarter teaspoon
Lukewarm Milk........................ As required
For Topping Preparation:
Chicken................................... 300 grams, boneless
Pizza Sauce............................ 4 tablespoons
Mozzarella Cheese................. 1/2 cup, grated
Cheddar Cheese..................... 1/2 cup, grated
Oregano Powder..................... 1/2 teaspoon
Capsicum................................ 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Onions..................................... 2 tablespoons, finely chopped
Mushrooms.............................. 2, finely chopped
Black Olives............................. 6
Oil............................................ 1 tablespoon
Chicken Tandoori Masala........ 1 tablespoon
How to make Tandoori Pizza
METHOD:
- Mix the flour, salt, yeast, and oil in a pan and work into a soft dough with lukewarm milk.
- Leave the dough to rest for an hour, and when it has doubled in size, knead it again, roll it out flat into a round sheet and lay the sheet in a baking tray.
- Mix the chicken pieces with Chicken Tandoori Masala and fry on high heat until cooked.
- Spread the sheet of dough with pizza sauce and then with cooked chicken.
- Sprinkle with capsicum, onions, mushrooms and the two pieces of cheese, top with olives and oregano powder.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake pizza for 20 minutes until the crust is cooked and the cheese melted.
- Serve with Tomato Ketchup.
