Ingredients
Mutton liver ½ kg
White cumin 1 tsp
White vinegar 1tbsp
Green coriander 1 bunch
Green chilies 4
Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
Red chili 1tsp
Salt as required
Lemon 2
Oil ½ cup
How to make Tali Hui Kaleji

METHOD:

Marinate liver with unpeeled garlic cloves. For about 10 min

Then wash liver with cold water

Put ½ kg of mutton liver, 1 tsp of red chili powder, 1 tbsp of garlic ginger paste, 1tsp of white vinegar in a iron skillet pan on low flame

When water completely dries then adds black pepper, 1 tsp of white cumin and allow cooking

When cooked then add lemon juice, green chilies and salt and keep on simmer for 5 min.
