Ingredients
Roasted sweet potato 2 cups
Coco powder ¼ cup
Icing sugar 2tbsp
Milk ½ cup
Instant espresso powder ½ tsp
Almonds 8-10
How to make Sweet Potato Choco Pudding
Method
Boil and peel sweet potatoes
Now grind 8-10 almonds with ½ cup milk.
Then add mixture in pan and cook until it boils.
Add 2 tbsp icing sugar, 1/2 tsp of instant espresso and ½ cup of coco powder and allow to cook.
Now put ½ cup milk, prepared chocolate sweet potato in food processor to form a paste.
Serve Chill Sweet potato Chocó pudding.
