How to make Sweet and Sour Mushroom Soup
• Boil chicken pieces in a pot and shred.
• Mix chicken, stock, mushrooms, capsicum and carrots in another pot and bring to boil.
• Add tomato ketchup, cornflour, egg, black pepper, sugar, vinegar, soya sauce, Chinese salt, green chillies and salt, remove from flame and add the remaining ingredients.
• Garnish soup with tomato ketchup and fresh coriander and serve.
