Ingredients
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
3 spring onions, thinly sliced
1 handful (1.5 cups) green cabbage, finely sliced
1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
a few shiitake mushrooms, sliced
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 splash olive oil
Salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper
How to make Stir Fry Vegetables

METHOD:

Mix the garlic, chilli and spring and onions together. Mix all the other vegetables together. Keep the two mixes separate.
Heat the wok & add a splash of oil then add the chilli and onion mix. Stir for just few second before adding the other mix. Try to toss the vegetables in the wok or just keep the vegetables moving with a wooden spoon, turning them over every few seconds so they all keep feeling the heat of the bottom of the wok. Season with salt and pepper.
When the vegetable begun to soften. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil and stir in. After about a minute, the vegetables should smell amazing, serve with short grain rice.
