How to make Stir Fried Prawns with Mustard Seeds, Garlic and Mint
METHOD:
1. Put the oil in a large frying pan and set it over high heat.When the oil is very hot, put in the mustard seeds and red chillies. As soon as the mustard seeds start to pop – a matter of seconds – add the garlic and stir-fry for 3–4 seconds.
2. Add the prawns and salt. Stir-fry until the prawns turn completely opaque.
3. Stir in the mint and lemon juice to taste and serve immediately.
