پسی چینی ۔۔ چھڑکنے کے لئے

ترکیب:

180 سینٹی گریڈ پر اوون کو پہلے سے گرم کرلیں۔ ایک پیالے میں مکھن ڈال کر پھینٹیں پر چینی اور ونیلا بھی شامل کرلیں۔ جب مکھن کریم کی طرح ہوجائے تو میدہ شامل کر کے مکس کرلیں۔ بٹر پیپر لگی بیکنگ ٹرے میں یہ آمیزہ ڈال دیں اور چپٹے چمچے سے برابر پھیلا لیں۔ آمیزے کو بیس منٹ تک بیک کرلیں۔ ایک پیالے میں انڈے، چینی، لیموں کا چھلکا ڈال کر خوب پھینٹ لیں۔ جی٩سے ہی آمیزہ بیک ہوجائے اوون سے نکالیں اور فورا ہی اس پر ٹوپنگ پھیلا کر دوبارہ اوون میں رکھ دیں پھر مزید 25-30 منٹ تک یا ٹوپنگ کے سیٹ ہوجانے تک بیک کریں۔ اوون سے نکال کر ٹھنڈا کریں۔ بیکنگ ٹرے سے نکالیں، بٹر پیپر ہٹا کر چھوٹے چوکور ٹکڑے میں کاٹ لیں اور پسی چینی چھڑک کر پیش کریں۔
