Ingredients

Undercut (small pieces) ............½ kg
Potatoes (cubed) ............2
Onions (chopped) ............2
Tomatoes (ground) ............2 cups
Garlic paste ............1 tbsp
Black pepper Corns (crushed) ............1 tsp
Lemon ju Ice ............3 tbsp
Lemon zest ............1 tsp
Fresh Coriander (chopped) ............½ cup
Red Chilli powder ............1 tsp
Salt ............½ tsp
Oil ............3 tbsp
Fresh Coriander ............for garnishing

How to make Spicy Beef

METHOD:

• Heat oil in a pot; fry onions golden.
• Add garlic, beef, red chillies, black pepper and salt; fry for few minutes.
• Add tomatoes and potatoes; cook till beef becomes tender and gravy dry.
• Add lemon juice and lemon zest; dish out.
• Garnish with fresh coriander; serve.
