4 Fish sTeaks or fillets (use any firm-fleshed type) 4 Teaspoons Turmeric powder
2 Teaspoons Chilli powder
Salt to taste
Vinegar
Oil for frying

How to make Spiced Fried Fish (Tali Machee)

METHOD:

Wash and dry the fish. Mix turmeric, chilli powder and salt with a little vinegar to make a paste. Rub the paste into both sides of the fish. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the fish until cooked.

Note: Preparation time 5 minutes, Cooking time 10 minutes, To serve 4
