1) 6 chicken legs (drumsticks)
2) 3 tablespoons oil
3) 2 tablespoons vinegar
4) 1 teaspoon sugar
5) 1 teaspoon ginger
6) 1 teaspoon cinnamon
7) pepper
8) 1/2 teaspoon salt
How to make Spiced Chicken Sticks
Method
1. Skin the chicken.
2. Make three shallow slashes into the flesh on both sides.
3. Whisk the oil, vinegar and spices.
4. Brush some of the spicy mixture over the drumsticks before placing in the pan.
5. Pour rest of mixture over.
6. Grill the drumsticks for about 20 minutes, or until cooked turning them over about halfway through cooking and brushing them with the spicy mix.
