اسپیگھٹی قیمہ

اجزاء:
•قیمہ باریک_____ 2 پیالی
•اسپاگیٹی_____ 200 گرام
•ٹماٹر_____ 500 گرام
•کارن فلور_____ 1 چمچہ
•اجینوموتو_____ 1 چٹکی
•دھنیا سبز_____ 1 گٹھی
•نمک_____ 1ٹی سپون
•مرچ سیاہ_____ 1ٹی سپون
•مرچ سبز_____ 4 عدد
•ادرک_____ 1 ٹکڑا
•پیاز_____ 1 عدد
•مکھن_____ 2 چمچے

ترکیب:

کیتلی میں پانی گرم کریں اور اس میں ٹماٹر ڈبو دیں ۔
ٹماٹر نرم ہو جائیں تو ان کا چھلکا اتار لیں اور ہاتھوں سے خوب ملیں ۔
اب انہیں برتن میں ڈال کر رکھ دیں۔
قیمہ کو ایک چٹکی نمک ڈال کر بھون لیں۔
اب ٹماٹروں والا برتن چولحے پر رکھیں اور کارن فلور ،مکھن، سیاہ مرچ، نمک، اجینو موتو ،ادرک اورپیاز ڈال کر چمچے سے خوب ہلاتے جائیں چند سیکنڈ بعد قیمہ بھی ملا دیں اور 5منٹ بعد اتار لیں ۔
اسپا گیٹی کو پانی ابال کر چھان لیں ۔
ایک ڈش میں اسپاگیٹی بچھائیں اور اوپر سے قیمہ اور ٹماٹر ڈال دیں ۔
سبز دھنیا کاٹ کر اور سبز مرچ کو کاٹ کر سجا دیں ۔
