Ingredients
1 pack of fusilli pasta
Extra virgin olive oil
2/3 cup light cooking cream
1 cup labneh
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
200g smoked salmon, thinly sliced
Salt/pepper
Parmesan cheese
Parsley, finely chopped (optional)
How to make Smoked Salmon and Fusilli

METHOD:

In a medium sized pot, bring water to a boil. Add extra virgin olive oil, sea salt and pasta. Cook for ten minutes, until al dente, and drain.

Put cooked pasta in pot, and mix in cooking cream, labneh and garlic. Add the smoked salmon and season with salt and pepper.

Serve and top with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
