رائی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
کلونجی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
میتھی دانہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
کٹی لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
ہلدی۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
سرکہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
کارن فلور۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
شلجم میں پانی ڈال کر ابال لیں جب نرم ہو جائیں تو تمام مصالحہ ڈال کر ہلکی آنچ پر پکا لیں پندرہ منٹ پھر کارن فلور گھول کر اسے گاڑھا کر لیں اچھی طرح۔
