Ingredients
Chicken – ½ kg
Bay leaves – 2
Yogurt – 250g
Green Cardamoms – 4
Zeera – 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 cup
Whole black peppers – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Onion – 2
Ginger flakes – as required
Desiccated Coconut – 1 tbsp
Almond powder – 1 tbsp
Cashew nut powder – 1 tbsp
Saffron – ¼ tsp
How to make Shahi Korma

METHOD:

Take a pan, put oil and onion, fry onion until it turns golden brown, then take out from the oil. In the same oil, put chicken and ginger garlic paste and fry till chicken turns a light brown colour. Now add fried onion, yoghurt (add saffron and mix well), and fry a bit. Then add all whole and ground spices, except garam masala powder and ginger flakes. Fry a bit, then cover and cook till chicken is done. Now add some water and cook on low heat until the oil separates. Remove from cooker and add garam masala powder and mix well and cover. Serve with ginger flakes.

Korma is very common part of food and in every event mostly on wedding days, it is on the top of the list so i wish that i will cook qorma like wedding style. here i get the recipe but still not try to make because of shortness good quality chicken but will try it soon and also share my recipe to your other users
