اجزاء:
ہیوی کریم ۔۔۔ 3/1-1 کپ
چینی ۔۔ دو کپ
لائٹ کارن سیرپ ۔۔ آدھا کپ
شہد ۔۔ 3/1 کپ
مکھن ۔۔۔ چھ کھانے کے چمچے
ونیلا ایکسٹر کٹ ۔۔ ایک چائے کے چمچے
سمندری نمک ۔۔۔ تین چائے کے چمچے
چاکلیٹ (Bittersweet) ۔۔ ایک پاؤنڈ

ترکیب:

ایک پیالے میں تیار سالٹڈ کیریمل ڈال کر تھوڑا سا گرم کرلیں کہ پگھل جائے۔ اب اس میں پگھلی ملک چاکلیٹ ڈال کر مکس کرلیں۔ ڈارک چاکلیٹ کو temper کر کے چاکلیٹ مولڈ میں بھر دیں۔ اب مولڈ کو ایک پیالے میں پلٹ دیں کہ اس کی تمام پگھلی چاکلیٹ پیالے میں گر جائے اور ہر خانے میں صرف اس چاکلیٹ کی کوٹنگ رہ جائے اور air bubble بھی نہ ر ہے۔ پھر اس کے کناروں کو صاف کر کے پندرہ منٹ کے لئے رکھ دیں۔ اب سالٹڈ کیریمل گناش کو پائپنگ بیک میں بھر کے مولڈ میں ڈالتے رہیں۔ اوپر سے بقیہ بچی ہوئی temper چاکلیٹ سے بھر دیں۔ scraper کی مدد سے اضافی چاکلیٹ ہٹا دیں۔ دو سے تین گھنٹے کے لئے فریزر میں رکھ دیں کہ اچھی طرح جم جائے۔ پھر آہستہ سے مولڈ سے نکال لیں۔
