Tomoatoes - 2 large, chopped
Onions_gid31'>Onions - 1/4 large, chopped
Garlic_gid588'>Garlic - 4 large Cloves
Jalapenos - to taste
Tomato_gid34'>Tomato Sauce -1cup
Coriander_gid28'>Coriander - 1 cup, chopped
Salt_gid22'>Salt - to taste
Roasted Cumin Powder - 1/2 tsp
Lime_gid66'>Lime JuIce - to taste
Black Pepper - to taste
FOR SERVING
Garlic_gid588'>Garlic / egg fried rIce 2cups
OR
CHIPS / PAKODAS
(AS PER UR CHOICE)

How to make Salsa, Mexican Vegetarian Dip

METHOD:

Add the following to a food processor: Tomatoes, Onions, Garlic & Jalapenos.

Blend enough but not too smooth.

Open up and add in Tomato Sauce,Coriander , Roasted Cumin Powder, Salt, Black Pepper and Lime Juice.

Close and pulse till eveything is incorporated well.

Chill and serve with Chips or Garlic / egg fried rice OR any great Mexican meal!
