Peppered tuna with olive and herb salsa
(portions/serves: 8)
Tuna seasoning:
1) Olive oil. 1 tbsp
2) Zest and Juice of organic lime. 1tbsp
3) Cracked mixed pepper corns. 1 Each
4) Tuna steaks. 50 Each
For olives & herb Salsa
1) Extra-virgin olive oil. 1tbsp
2) Black & green olives. 2 Each
3) Zest & juice of organic lemon. 1tbsp
4) Chopped parsley 2tbsp
5) Chopped coriander 2tbsp
6) Capers 1 Each
How to make A seasoned tuna with a peppered and with olives & salsa herb.
METHOD:
1) Put the olive oil in a large/shallow bowl, than add the lime zest and juice and pepper corns & than add the tuna and toss to coat.
2) Heat a non-stick griddle pan. Cook the tuna steaks, two at a time. For 2-3 mins on each side.
3) Put all the ingredients for the salsa in a bowl and mix together.
4) Season to taste and mix well, than server with the tuna.
