How to Make Saat Samundar Paar
 

Ingredients:

  • All Purpose Flour: 9 tablespoons
  • Sugar: 4 tablespoons
  • Eggs: 2 pcs
  • Plain Milk: 1 liter
  • Coconut Milk Powder: 2 sachets
  • Sugar: 1 1/2 cup

  • Corn Flour: 6 to 8 tablespoons
  • Pineapple Chunks: 1 tin
  • Coconut Chunks: 1 tin/pack

 

Method

  1. Add sugar to eggs, whisk well and then add all purpose flour. Make cake in serving dish.
  2. Bake at 180 deg, this cake does not puff up. Now let the cake cool.
  3. Add sugar and dry coconut milk to the milk and mix to dissolve the sugar.
  4. Put corn flour to make it more dense.
  5. Now add pineapple juice, pineapple and coconut chunks and then add custard on the cake.
  6. Garnish with coconut and pineapple chunks. Cool and serve.
