How to make Reshmi Paratha
In a bowl take ½ kg flour, 1 tsp yeast, ½ tsp salt, 1 cup cream and 2 tbsp sugar with water as per requirement, kneed it and keep it for half an hour.
Now roll a roti of this dough pour ½ cup clarified butter on it and sprinkle little bit of flour and make a roll.
Now cut the ball with the help of knife and refrigerate for half an hour.
Now roll it like a roti and fry it on griddle with hot clarified butter.
Delicious reshmi parathay are ready to serve.
Reshmi paratha would definitely give you a wonderful eating experience. You can eat this paratha with any kind of gravy foods such as karahi, palak gosht, achar gosht or korma, with eggs such as omelette or fried egg and even with chatni or any kind of kabab. Another good option to pair reshmi paratha is with chicken reshmi kabab which allows you another marvelous dining at home.
