Red Chilli Chicken
its healthy , delicious..easy to cook… can be serverd with paratha ,naan, chapatis & with biryani also. its a jaan of all parties.Pieces of chicken legs meat served with all spices its delicious.
Ingredients
• Chicken - ½ kg (cut into cubes)
• Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
• Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
• Red Chili Powder - 1 tbsp
• Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
• Pepper Powder - ½ tbsp
• Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
• Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tsp
• Lime Juice - 1 tbsp
• Red Color - a few pinch
• Salt - to taste
• Cooking Oil
How to make Red Chilli Chicken
Method
Mix rice flour, corn flour, pepper powder, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and ginger garlic paste and lime juice in a bowl. If the paste is too thick, add 2 0r 3 tbsp of water.Marinate the chicken pieces in this mix for 20 minutes. Heat oil in a shallow pan and deep fry the chicken pieces in it.
Garnish with coriander leaves
