رس ملائی بنائیں ڈبل روٹی سے

اجزاء:
ڈبل روٹی: 5 سے 6 سلائس
خُشک دودھ۔: 1 کپ
انڈہ پھینٹا ہوا: 1 عدد
تیل: 3۔4 کھانے کے چمچ
بیکنگ پاﺅڈر: ¼ چائے کا چمچ
دودھ۔: 1 لیٹر
چینی: 1 کپ
پستہ بادام: 10 سے 15 دانے

ترکیب:

٭ سب سے پہلے ڈبل روٹی کو توڑ کر اس کے چھوٹے چھوٹے سے ٹکڑے کر لیں۔
٭ خشک دودھ میں انڈہ، بیکنگ پاﺅڈر اور تیل ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔
٭ پھر اس پیسٹ سے بالز بنا لیں۔
٭ ایک دیگچی میں دودھ اُبالیں اور ساتھ ہی دو چمچ چینی بھی شامل کر دیں۔
٭ اس کو 15 منٹ تک پکائیں۔
٭ پھر ڈبل روتی سے بنی بالز شامل کو اس دودھ میں شامل کرلیں۔
٭ اب اس کو مزید 20 منٹ کے لئے پکائیں۔
٭ لیجیئے ہوگئی تیار زبردست رس ملائی۔۔۔ اب پستے بادام ڈال کر سروو کریں۔
