Ingredients
prawns 20 (small)
spring onions (sliced) 2
eggs 4
corn flour 1 tsp
white pepper powder 1 tsp
water 1 tbsp
brown vinegar 1 tbsp
crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
For sauce:
chicken stock 1 cup
corn flour 1 tsp
oyster sauce 1 tbsp
How to make Prawn omelette

METHOD:

Marinate prawns with black pepper white pepper, salt and corn flour. heat oil in a pan and cook prawns until tender. Beat it the eggs and all the ingredients and let cook the omelette.
In a seperate pan, add all the sauce ingredients and cook for few minutes or until it comes to a boil. Add corn flour and make it thick.
Take out the omelette from the pan and serve with hot sauce.
