10-15 baby potatoes, peeled and parboiled in salted water
½ cup curd
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp red chili powder
½ tsp turmeric
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
½ tsp salt
2 chopped onions
Coriander leaves, chopped to garnish
How to make Potatoes In Spicy Yogurt
METHOD:
Drain 10-15 potatoes, pierce lightly with a fork
Mix ½ cup of curd, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste , 1 tbsp red chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp salt
and ½ tsp garam masala powder and leave to marinate for a while.
Heat oil; add 2 chopped onions and sauté add the marinated potatoes.
Cook till thickens.
Garnish with chopped Coriander leaves.
