Ingredients for base:
• Flour 2 cups
• water as required
• yellow colour a pinch
• salt to taste
Ingredients for filling:
• Beef mince 1/2kg
• red chilli powder 1Table spoon
• salt to taste
• onion choped 3to4
• ginger garlic paste 2Table spoon
• oil1/2 cup
• green chilli chopped 4to 5
• whole grain half tea spoon
• black paper 1tea spoon
• coriander leaf as required
METHOD:
Firstly wash a fry pan and dried it. Then mix salt flour and yellow color and make a thin mixture like pan cake mixture. Now put 1table spoon oil in the semi hot pan and put the mixture on it and turn round to make the mixture round like pan cake. Now cook it only one side over low flame now removes it and make the other one.
Preparation of mince:
1. put sliced onion red chilli powder black paper ginger garlic paste whole grain and oil mix it well now cook it well until it dried. Then add chopped green chilli and green leaf and 2 to3 chopped onion and mix it. Use this mixture as filling.
2. Now take a salty pancake and fill with this fixture and fold it like square or a shape want.
3. Fill all the pan cake and then put them into pan again in low flame with a little bit of oil.
4. Cook it in both side for4 to 5minutes.
5. Now its ready to serve.
