How to make Pan Seared Seafood Plate
METHOD:
200 gm prawns
2 tblsp extra-virgin olive oil
A pinch of Spanish paprika (optional)
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 lemon, sliced thinly
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Just combine prawn in a bowl with drizzle of olive oil, the paprika,
crushed garlic, lemon slices, salt, and pepper. Toss the prawns so they are
coated with all the good stuff and marinate for 5 minutes. Place a pan over medium-high heat and coat with a tablespoon of olive oil.
When the oil is hot, take the prawns out of the marinade and toss them into the pan. Saute for 3 minutes on each side until cooked. Avoid over cooking.
Assembling Plate,
set saute veggies ( I prefer zucchini, broccoli and capsicum) in plate carefully and set prawn then place salmon and sprinkle crushed black pepper and serve with clice of lemon. Serve immediately.
