Pakistani Chicken Pasta
Pakistani chicken pasta is a type of pasta made with multiple sauces and toppings. It is made with boiled and shredded alternated with sauces and ingredients such as vegetables. Pakistani chicken pasta is a typical fusion dish mixed up with pasta and Pakistani masala. It can be served with so many side dishes and salads such as roasted broccoli, garlic loaves of bread, tomato red sauce and onion sauce. Pakistani chicken pasta can be baked in a metal pan or in a glass container or can be cooked in a skillet as well, depends upon your choice and presentation. It can be presented very beautifully in a single serving or in a dish for 6 servings. Decorating pasta is very enjoyable and its assembling is very easy. Children on other side love to eat Pakistani style pasta because it has pasta, chicken or beef mince, a mild sour taste which they like a lot. Pakistani chicken pasta has a variety of vegetable to be cooked with. You can also add spinach to give it a Florentine flavour. Eggs can also be used to make Pakistani chicken pasta rich in protein.

1 (16 ounce) package of Pasta
1 pound Chicken Breasts (cubed)
1 tbsp. Capsicum (Green Bell Pepper) (diced)
½ cup Green Onion (chopped)
3 (8 ounce) cans of Tomato Sauce
1/3 cup of Sour Cream
1 (16 ounce package) of Cottage Cheese
1 (8 ounce) package of Cream Cheese
1 tsp. Salt (or to taste)
Cooking Oil (as needed)
How to make Pakistani Chicken Pasta
METHOD:
Heat water in a large pot, add salt and 1 tbsp. oil. Bring to a boil. When water comes to a boil add in the uncooked pasta.
Cook pasta until well cooked and tender; then drain.
Heat 2 tbsp. oil in a large skillet; add chicken cubes and fry for a couple minutes.
Stir in 1 can of the tomato sauce. Stir for a minute or so. Add in the other 2 cans of tomato sauce and sour cream. Stir until well heated. Remove from heat.
Preheat oven to 350 degree F (175 degree C.) In a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan layer the cooked and drained pasta, then the cottage cheese and cream cheese. Pour the tomato sauce mixture over the top and sprinkle with the green bell pepper and green onion.
Place pan in oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

Whenever I'm not in a mood of heavy cooking I easily go for the Pakistani chicken pasta. this recipe is very easy to make. I found this recipe while I was looking for some easy recipes to make for my children.
My family liked this dish. Will use additional seasoning/spices the next time I make this Pakistani chicken pasta.
Very, very good. Hubby really enjoyed this, and he's very anti-creamy/cheesy anything. I added some chicken broth in this Pakistani Chicken Pasta. I served this with thin spaghetti and garlic bread. Great meal.
Pakistani chicken pasta is just simply indulging. I can't get enough of the lip-smacking and delicious soft taste. This recipe takes 5 minutes to prepare and cooks up very easily. Best for serving to children and yourself.
