Ingredients

Orange Squares
1 and 1/4 cups of flour
1 and 1/4cups of sugar
1/2 cup of butter, softened and salted
3 eggs
2 tbs orange extract
1 teaspoon orange zest
Glaze
1 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon orange zest

How to make Orange Brownies

METHOD:

1.In a bowl, stir together the ingredients above and mix with a mixer till well blended.
2. Pour into a prepared 9 x 9 inch square pan and bake in a preheated oven at 220C for 30 minutes.
3. Remove from oven and pierce top of entire cake with a fork . Cool before pouring glaze.
4.Combine glaze ingredients (below),and pour over cake. Let it set for five minutes then cut into squares.
