Nemak .....1 Tea spoon

Banane ki tarkeeb

Handi main gosht, nemak aur 2 cup pani shamil kar kay tez ancha per pakain.
Jb Ubal a aany lagy to anch dheemi kar kay handi ko saido se aaty se seal kar dain aur 40 mint tak paknay dain.
Akhir main dhakan hata kar pani khushk kar kay pesh karain.

اجزاء:
دنبے کا گوشت ----- ڈیڑھ کلو
نمک ----- ایک چائے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

ہانڈی میں گوشت٬ نمک اور دو کپ پانی شامل کر کے تیز آنچ پر پکائیں-
جب ابال آنے لگے تو آنچ دھیمی کر کے سائیڈوں کو آٹے سے سیل کردیں اور 40 منٹ تک پکنے دیں-
آخر میں ڈھکن ہٹا کر پانی خشک کر کے پیش کریں-
